En mand med en Passion

Dave Newitt fra England er "dybt afhængig" af de lidt ældre Yamaha offroad motorcykler med dobbelte bag støddæmpere!

Men samtidig har Dave en stor kærlighed til supermotard, og besluttede sig for at gå i værkstedet i 2 måneder for at kreere denne XT 500 SM. Biken blev købt via eBay, og i den følgende proces har Dave selv fremstillet et hav af stumper og modifikationer, så den kunne fremstå som en Motard.

Rear suspension:

1: 320mm s/steel front brake rotor

6: Hydraulic brake pressure switch fitted

Brakes rear:
1: Brembo brake caliper
2: 220mm s/steel (Wavy) rear rotor with HH rated sintered brake pads

4: Brembo fluid reservoir with sight window in right side panel

Electrics:
1: Self made wiring loom/electrics with dry cell 12v battery
2: Trail Tec Vapor Digital facia with a magnetic pick on the front brake disk
